Very poor service by Metro bus JHB

Hope this email will fall into a hand that will act and put an effort to resolve this problem I and hundreds more people are experiencing every day.
This complaint is directed to the Randburg route buses number 80A, 80B, 80C and 78B.
I have been using Metro bus for 2years and am sorry to say but you guys have totally forgotten what customer care is all about. I sometimes wonder if these buses are now being owned by Metro as an organisation or by drivers as individuals.
In the morning I get to the bus stop at 6:15 praying that one of the drivers will be in a good mood to pick me up. At 6:30 there is a 80A or B that passes and the driver simply doesn't stop, for what reason maybe you can answer me because it's not every time that the bus is full.
Around 7:40 there is a 80A that passes, Qiqi is the driver's name (Trp0630, Rte080A, Dty0204). This guy even if the bus is half empty he looks the other side, passes by and his day goes on. If he decides to stop he will close the door just after you put your 1st leg in the bus. He cares less about the passengers and he is the rudest old man I have ever met.
