I met up with an accident whereas the opposite party is a foreigner from another country.
When Metro police arrived at the scene, the driver was unable to produce any identification, the car he was driving had an expired license disk. While taking the reports the Police officer and the driver spoke in a black lanuguage which I didn't understand. In any case I wanted to know what happens now as I have no details of this person who caused the accident as I need to report to my insurance company. The police officer said that they taking him to Brixton Police station until someone can produce his drivers license and identification document. I then left the scene and took my son to the hospital that got hurt in the accident. After leaving the hospital I went back to the police station to find out if the person the Metro police brought in that they received his particulars or is his still in there custody. Only to be told by the Police officer that the Metro police came back to fetch the guy and left. My problem and issue is if the person was in the custody of the police how did Metro Police get to take him out without producing his documents. To me it seems that there is something f
