NEVER TRAVEL WITH SA ROADLINK!!!

Got to Durban Station at 2:20 p.m looking for the next available bus as we needed to be in Jhb for a function .got there, the only bus that was available was SA Roadlink... departure suppose to be at 2:00 p.m. It was already 4:30 p.m... bus didn't pull up yet. Passengers started complaining then only the bus came. It started raining and the wipers weren't working, driver went looking for wipers, came back with nothing. Continued driving in the rain with no wipers, then the engine started heating up causing us to stop every 20 mins.. a journey which was meant to be 7 hours was extended to 13 long hours!! another passengers luggage also got by some passenger that got off the bus 5 minutes after the bus left the station... who would forfeit their ticket for something which they forgot... the driver not even suppose to stop anywhere beside The station or halfway breaks... worst experience ever ...!!!
