I bought my vouchers from Breakfree at the Beeld Holiday Show on 17 February 2013.

Since then I have tried SIX times to contact the office through email and have not had even a single response. I even included the sales rep's email address who in turn forwarded my mail to Breakfree and also replied to me to acknowledge her receipt of the mail.

STILL NO RESPONSE!!!

Breakfree sold me a certain service and they have not even ATTEMPTED to provide that service.

I am very serious in reporting them to the Consumer Complaints Commission and also informing the Beeld Holiday Show of this company's *.

It seems they provide the service to certain customers and blatantly ignore others.

If the company has the time and resources to respond to these complaints, why can they not respond to my emails and provide the service I paid for?!?!

I sincerely hope such drastic action won't be necessary, but I have no intention of letting this matter go if they continue to fail in responding to my requests.
