Buses Break down again

On the 22/01/2014 i booked the 14 30 bus for my brother traveling from Dbn to JHB expecting the bus to arrive at 21 30 at the midrand station after waiting for the bus for more than 90 minutes i decided to call . nobody that worked their office knew where the bus was and they advised that they cant get a hold of the driver. after waiting the entire night for the bus it arrived at the station at 5 15am . only to find out that the bus broke down just past the marianhill toll and passengers had to wait more than 6 hours on the road. my question is how come another bus could not have beeen sent as durban station is less than an hour away or is profit more important than customer service to this company??? / HOW CAN WE ALLOW SUCH A THING??
