Human Feaces on Sa Roadlink buses

On 13 January 2013 my wife and myself, used to SA Roadlink to commute to Durban from Midrand. Departure was 19h50. The bus had only arrived at 22h00. Its common courtesy to inform passengers about a 2 hour delay especially at that hour. We left Midrand station way over the speed limit (140/150km). We were asked to swop buses at Harrismith. A few minutes after leaving Harrismith, all the passengers seated in the back came rushing to the front of the bus. The toilet system was blocked and the disgusting smell of human feaces was so unbearable that the passengers had to move to the front of the bus. The driver refused to stop and left everyone in this discomfort, and cramped in the front with 2 people sitting on one seat. The bus was filthy! How could this bus even leave the depot and more importantly what was the reason to swop a perfectly fine bus and let passengers risk contact with all sorts of diseases. I intend on exposing them to every form of media!
