Canceling Booking without proper communication

On 10/03/2013 I made a on-line booking for my son to travel from Pretoria to Kimberley and returning via George to Nelspriut via Pretoria. His return trip starts 05/03/2013. My son arrived in Kimberley on 21/03/2013. On 26/03/2013 he received a short voice message saying there has been a slight change to his travelling arrangement, and he will be contacted with the details. On 01/04/2013 failing to get any additional information from them I called their call centre to find out what happened. The lady said she can not see any changes to the schedule, but she is not 100% sure, and will get someone else to phone me. Again failing to receive the promised call I called on 02/04/2013. I spoke to Ntumbi?? she said that the bus is no longer going to Pretoria, it will now stop in JHB which means he will miss his connecting coach to Nelspruit. She said that the route was cancelled more that a month ago, but was still open to booking. She promised to send the customer care managers e-mail address to me so I can contact him to find out about possible alternatives. Still no mail address. With no time to spare I risk having my 16 year old son stranded in a crime prone area.
