Great Service changing ticket

I had a booking for Tuesday 24 September 2013 for a trip from Cape Town to Kimberley and needed to change my ticket in a rush to Monday 23 September 2013. I got through to the reservation desk and was helped by Ursula. She was absolutely amazing and helped me with immense patience and tact. She was very friendly and helpful and changed my booking immediately to Monday 23 September. I completely forgot to ask her my new seat number and when I phoned back she was very friendly and gave me a seat to my liking.

I cant wait to take my trip now and if the service on the phone was that great I am looking forward to experience the trip in the bus. It will be my first time making use of Greyhound and after my trip I will definitely comment about the service on the bus and the trip itself.
