No Greyhound service at Checkers

On 25 Mar 2013 I visited a Checkers Hyper in Stanger with the intention of making a booking for a bus from Capetown to Pietermaritzburg. I was informed that by the cashier that Greyhound did not provide a service for this route. I found this strange as I had previously made such a booking. The lady was adamant that Greyhound buses did not stop in PMB, she even consulted with the colleague next to her who confirmed this. After 30 mins of trying to convince them to check the system again, I decided to leave the store. I was able to find a travel agency nearby who gladly made the booking.
What was frustrating was that the staff were not willing to pursue my query further and made decsions based on their own assumptions of bus routes.

Really disappointed
