19/08/2013 I did travel with SA Roadlink, Pretoria-Kimberley. Ref:5439705.Time:12:30-20:15.SA Roadlink advertisements looks to good to believe etc. I wasn't so sure due news on TV about SA Roadlink but think, give it a go. Arriving at Pretoria was 14:30.After enquiry, it was notice me they had to change tyres. Leaving Pretoria in a single deck. No problem at all, they might change at Park Station, like other busses. We arrived at Park Station. I've been told to stay in the bus, same bus travel to Kimberley. The space wasn't good for the long road, especially me as diabetic, sitting without stretch it. The passengers get into the bus in Park Station was too much, passengers of double decker bus into 1!Before leaving the station, the driver bring it under the attention of the passengers that the toilet is at the back. His exactly words was loud and clear."No nr 2! Only nr 1! If u want to have nr 2, asked me! The toilet was not hygiene (the smell), no soap, no toilet paper. The whole road we listen Christen CDs. Passengers wasn't taken in consideration. Back to Pretoria I did make booking at Greyhound, most friendly host and driver. Never ever will I make use of SA Roadlink again!!
