I ordered an ADSL line from telkom. Then received date for installation 11/01/2013. Received message on 08 /01/2013 to confirm if i was okay with booking, confirmed yes. Received SMS/ message on the same day of installation 11/01/2013 @ 15h20 that technician is still coming and that it is an all day job. Phoned this morning to find out what happened, was told that technician left a note that he did call my number on that day and that there was no response which is utterly, no the excuse is that is my address correct., i stay there, i should know my address. Also telkom is working in my area all the time.
I lost a full day's salary because Telkom Underpromised and Underdelived and what was worse, the second message stating that they are still coming.
