I booked a bus to travel on 29th November 2013 using a cancelled ticket (C3KZC9LT). I made the booking on 27th November 2013 to travel between UMTATA and Pretoria
R380 was deducted on my cheque card and I was told this would be reversed/refunded within 2 working days. I haven't received the refund as yet. Whenever I call the customer services they send me from pillar to post, and they cannot tell me why the refund is not done yet. they keep on transferring the call to Julandi who i never get through to and the call gets cut off in the process. I have tried to email her as well and she has not responded.
