Bad Attitude and Safety of passengers not conside

I often travel to Jhb&Dbn. My Fianc? raves about the service standards with Intercape. I decided to give it a try. Booking was quite effortless. The nightmare started when I reached Park Station. At 07:45 maintenance guys started putting up scaffolding. We assumed we would use the other exit because it was open&clear of obstruction. At 08:00 the reception staff ask the passengers to squeeze through scaffolding&board through the obstructed entrance. The smaller passengers manage to squeeze through when we got through there were older women with huge bags couldn't get through the male passengers behind us started pushing aside the scaffolding. This goes against every H&S regulation. We were at the counter when this was happening and my fianc? told the lady at the desk that is putting our lives at risk. He asked her "what if the scaffolding falls on us? Why couldn't we use the free desk to board? or couldn't the maintenance guys wait until after we boarded the bus? "The answers we got from a very rude Joseph was "cant u see we moved the scaffold? You cant use the free desk because you board the wrong bus."The lady at the counter asked us to sign&showed us in the direction of the bus. NO RESPONSE YET
