Deposit not Refunded after 3 Months

I hired a car in Cape Town from 5th to 11 December and paid a deposit of R3000.00 & Rental of R900.00 for six days. The car was delivered late in the evening of 5th because of problems experienced by the Indlovu Fleet Services. The proprietor, Mr Joel Singh promised to refund a days rental charge equivalent to R150.00 and the full deposit within three weeks from the date the vehicle was returned.

Despite many telephone calls from me (exceeding 100) & promises by Joel, I have not been refunded the monies due to me. I humbly request your assistance to recover the money owed to me.
