I was waiting for the Intercape bus to travel from Jhb to Bloemfontein on Sunday, 7 July 2013, 14:30pm. We waited for nearly 1 hour and 30min.

My complaint is that Intercape Customer Service can send me some advertisements to book with them for safe travel, but yet they let us wait for so long without informing us what the problem is. They got all passengers cellphone numbers, so why not tell us what the problem is.

To communicate with passengers shows that you care about the people supporting you!! Services in South Africa are really bad!
