I would like to make 2 complaints about Intercape. Firstly in December when I traveled the trailer broke off and rolled and destroyed a lot of peoples baggage. There was not so much as an appology and the only thing the drivers made was Intercape isn't liable for any damages and we travel at our own risk. My mother just traveled over the weekend and I believe the bus broke down in Beitbridge at 5AM. Since then instead of notifying passengers properly they chose to and stall. There was no care for passengers and it was made evident that they just cared about the bus and not about their passengers (who also have arrangements). Instead of sending another bus they just sent a tow truck for the bus and were ready to leave passengers outside in the dust. After complaining on deaf ears they hooked up the bus and left passengers. My mother only made it home at 11PM. I really find it disgusting how passengers are treated on Intercape especially as it is meant to be one of the best buses. Clearly after trailer hinge breaking they aren't checked before departure. Very very very disappointed!
