What was emailed to them at [Email Removed] 19/02/2013 marked as urgent and still no reply. The call centre operator didn't even want to make an effort changing the payment option from Instant EFT to EFT.
I am highly disgusted in the service I received. When I made the booking this morning the SID didn't work as YOUR system didn't recognise the password YOUR system generated. I then made an EFT from Standard Bank using the preloaded [URL Removed] bank details under companies and faxed it through to 0113882463. When I phoned to confirm I had to try 3 times after holding on for longer than 10minutes on each attempt. Then your consultant tells me I am liable for additional fees chargeable. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AS IT WAS YOUR SYSTEM THAT WERE FAULTY AND NOT MY FAULT!!! Can this flight please be confirmed booked and paid as soon as possible!!!
