No response after sending mail 3 times

My folks traveled on Bus fron Durbam to Boksburg, bus arrived 30 minutes early because of speeding, aircon blowing cold dispite requests to turn softer or make a little warmer, most passengers are either young kids or eldery people. No radio/music tv/movie working on the bus.

Biggest complaint is that they do not care to answer complaints or mails even though it is sent to them 3 times.
