Pathetic unorganized no service!!!

On 7 September I was suppose to board a bus at Scottburgh mall for Pretoria. Departure time was 20:50.At 18:52 I received a sms stating that Intercity bus is replaced by a Starbus. I phoned customer care at 18:59 to confirm this change I arrived at Scottburgh Mall at about 8:15.I enquired from a security guard where the pick up point was and parked my vehicle. The bus arrived at 8:53, two passengers boarded, a Indian male and a black female, as I approached the bus, the driver still in his seat he closed the door and drove off with me standing less than 5 meters away from the door. I immediately phoned the customer care who referred me to the head office (087 150 1895). The call centre assistant;Shaine Pillay told me after six phone calls from my side that the driver refuses to turn around and one of the passengers on the bus said that she boarded the bus and I was not there. He further said that my ticket is scrapped and implied that I was late and he will take the word of his driver who denies my presence. He told me that I should buy another ticket. I have more than one witness who can confirm this incident. I feel that this was unprofessional and unacceptable.
