On several Occasions we have been calling in at NWS Transport to complaint about the bus that is always gets us to work at 08h30 while we suppose to start working at 08h00.When people call they say they must write a letter but despite the submission of the letter nothing has been done. We made several appointments with the route Manager Mr Sepeng but he does not come and he wants to be reminded constantly of the appointment. I am not even going to mention the over crowding or the leaking during rainy seasons, all we want is to be at work on time. In other areas, commuters have different options like train, metered taxi, taxi, buses while we only have two options which the second one is too expensive. NWS at babelegi branch do not respect their customers at all
