I booked the 8:45pm bus ticket from midrand to Durban for today the 21st of March 2013 and specified that its for an adult and a 3 year old child. When I got there the attendants tell me that there's isle seats only and that they can't assist with getting me seats where I could sit with the child... Now does putting a 3 year old on an isle seat with someone they don't know make sense? I had to ask people myself to move for me as the two gentlemen who were working there told me that they can't assist me and that the child had to sit wherever there's space. If that's the attitude we are going to get from you and them you "pray" for a safe trip I'd rather use another bus service because the attitude from these attendants stinks!! Not sure why they feel they own the bus, they need prayer more than us
