Thank you Leticia for going the EXTRA MILE!!

We were flying with our 1 year old boy from King Shaka (Durban) to Lanseria - as you all know a 1 year old boy can be very busy (even if you give them something to calm him down)! Seeing that we were booked to sit on a middle and window seat (after we asked for a middle and isle seat) - it was very cramped with a toddler on our laps - and with a lady trying to work on the isle seat.

Leticia Hugo offered us a space at the back of the plain (the flight wasn't fully booked - there was a few open seat at the back of the plain) - thank you so much for being so considerate - offering us the open seats and making it pleasant flight!! This was one of the many pleasant flights we had with Kulula and I can assure you it wasn't our last flight with 'friendly' Kulula - we'll go out of our way in referring clients to [URL Removed]
