My child was treated bad at school

Hi

i had a child in Putfountain Primary who was in grade 1 in Mrs. Fourie class. Who used to shout at my child and make fun of him in the class calling him names like stupid. He turned to be what she was calling him as he was even scared of her. I called her one day to ask if she found a lost and found jessy in her class that belongs to my child and she started calling this child with a name almost the same as my child's, but when i mentioned the correct name she got furious with my child i could here a change of tone towards my child than the way she called the other child. I reported her to the principal of the school and they changed him to another class. The teacher (Mrs Erhles) said she does not see any problem with my child. But surprisingly she never called me or tell me if my child was doing bad at school. When i went for meetings she said he is picking up just fine. But guess what at the end of the year, my child failed to repeat at another class which are not for both teachers he's been with. I did not like the way they treated him and moved him to another school this year. I don't see any thing wrong with him and he is doing good in the new school. I am disappointed.
