Bad attitude

I was admitted last year and as i know my medical aid which is Bankmed is paying 100% if you are hospitalised, i gave birth on the 1st July 2013, the child i gave birth to was below the 500grams and as their policy you don't bury the child they take him for insemination. So yesterday i've received a call from them telling me that i owe the hospital for my child R6000 and i need to pay it because my medical aid doesn't want to pay, i didn't bury my child as their policy stated that when the child is below 500grams, he goes for insemination, they were requesting death certificate, i really don't know because they've inseminated the child which death certificate they looking for. I am so hurt about this bad attitude the lady gave me yesterday, i am in a recovery process for the loss of my child, boom here they are again. I thought this matter was sorted early this year but only to find out that it is still outstanding, this people they don't have a heart all they want is money. Will they sort they queries with medical aid first before they start accusing me.
