What a sad scenario

No response required from QVC because it wouldn't lead to any solution. This is just in the hope that I might prevent others from falling into the same trap:
1) The management fee for 2013 is over R 7 000. This is approaching the cash price of what it would cost to go on holiday for a week. So on top of the initial investment, that being the sum of money that was supposed to secure the client an annual holiday, the client is now almost paying cash for their annual holiday anyway. What amount of admin could amount to this for one client?
2) In reality, the clients should actually receive a rebate of this management fee since we are the ones performing administrative miracles and accumulating costs trying to secure a venue for the annual holiday that we were promised would be 'available' to us for the rest of our lives. Availability is sadly not forthcoming.
3) Need I go further into the lack of availability? - read the other reports. Is it legally acceptable to sell 50 pancakes when you only have 10 to sell? QVC should be investigated in this regard alone.
4) Then there's the matter of not being able to escape the contract. There is no back door because you can't sell the points...
