I am depending on all the information from your ladies (Zaiononisa & Lucretia) that this will be sorted out by no later than Monday 18th march lunch time, as I am away on business until we leave on Wednesday 21st of march, I am booked to fly on Wednesday 21st march for a very important family function as per proof sent through you have been paid twice for the same ticket bookings on Wednesday 14th march but we still have no tickets. I phoned and spoke to Zainonisa Pietersen on Thursday the 15th March and after sending through proof of payment was assured it would be sorted out by Friday, I am now communicating with you Eben and once again have spent close to an hour on the phone and had to send proof of payment again please understand if I do not have answers and my tickets by Monday lunch time I will be lodging official complaints with HELLOPeter. i have still not received any com
