I bought a bed at this store on Monday 11 march 2013 worth R5999. I clearly explained that I needed it before Friday the 15th march.i was told that wont be a problem because the bed was going to arrive the following day which was Tuesday from empangeni. I then paid cash for it and left and waited for the call regarding my delivery.By Wednesday I had not been called so I phoned the store and was told they computer problems from Tuesday that caused the delay. Nothing happened on Thursday so I called again on Friday and I was told the beds arrived late and the truck had already left, they deliver my bed first thing on Monday. Monday afternoon I phoned the shop and was told the manager is sick and stock controller Sbusiso was attending a training course, so I went there personally and I was told the truck was on its way from Empangeni .i went back to work, we agreed they'll phone when the truck arrives for directions to my place.24 hours later I'm still waiting. I feel they owe me more than an apology
