Five Days from Cape Town to Bloemfontein

My order from Landmark Computers in Cape Town was dispatched to Bloemfontein on Monday 4 March 2013. On Tuesday 5 March it was stuck in Durban!! On Wednesday 6 March it was dispatched to Bloemfontein and on Friday 8 March the call centre still couldn't tell me where it was. I eventually phoned their Cape Town branch and spoke to Jan first blamed "a subcontractor" but at least he traced the parcel and had it delivered on Friday afternoon. 5 days from Cape Town to Bloemfontein (via Durban). One of the call centre ladies told me that I must understand it's going by road, that's why it;'s taking so long. Evidently they don't know that Bloemfontein is only 10 hour's drive from Cape Town on the N1. At least I got my parcel, even if it was 3 days late.
