WHY ARE THE SUPERVISORS HIDING?

I HAVE PHONED IN NUMEROUS TIMES JUST TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR TO HELP ME RESOLVE A PROBLEM WITH 11 OR SO FLIGHTS ON THE 20TH BUT ALL THE CONSULTANTS SAY IS THAT THEY HAVE TO KNOW WHAT MY QUERY IS ABOUT BEFORE THEY CAN PUT ME THROUGH TO THE SUPERVISOR SO I CANNOT EVEN MENTION THE AMOUNT OF TIMES I HAVE EXPLAINED MY SITUATION BUT STILL NO SUPERVISORS JUST A WHOLE BUNCH OF REPETITIVE CONSULTANTS MUMBLING ON LIKE PARROTS, THEY DON'T EVEN LISTEN TO YOUR QUERY THEY JUST HEAR WHAT THEY WANT TO HEAR, AND THEIR REPLY HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH MY QUERY! WHAT THE I THINK ID GET MORE INTELLIGENCE OR RESPONSE OUT OF A N ELECTRONIC PROMPTING, IF THIS PERSIST I WILL HAVE TO TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE...
