Endless Promises to get back and resolve the probl

I spoke to 8 customer care consultants & supervisors between 20 & 30 Jan trying to resolve a charge on my account. No one kept his/her promise to get back to me or resolving it. When I requested to speak to someone more senior, the consultant simply put me back into queue (082111) and several times I had to go through the same options of selecting 1 for this, etc. On 20 Dec, I was travelling from my leave destination, but, apparently, on the same day 579 connections were made at R770.80 on a data card contract of R166 pm, which was never exceeded since the inception of this contract more than a year ago. I have been given several references numbers, the last person "committed to personally resolve the query" - famous last words! The amount of R1079 was debited from my account on 1 Feb. I will go to my bank and have the entire amount reversed. I will not make use of Vodacom ever again. This kind of service made us switch to another service provider, because all it were, was a bunch of empty promises! it is a shame to say the least!
