After my long journey with different consulatnts and supervisors at MTN call centre for almost a month to resolve my airtime query and some funny responses on Hellopeter from MTN. Finally the supervisor by the name of Patricia managed to resolve my query and I have been credited for my airtime. If it was not of Patricia I would have left MTN as my service provider to competitor.
