Accounts query that's not getting resolved

A letter was send to me that my account wasn't paid for september, which I have already paid end of August. I have faxed and e-mailed my proof of payment to MTN several times. Eventually they have received it and assured me that the payment will be allocated and everything is resolved. I phoned last week to double check that everything is in order. Once again I was told that they haven't received payment. I have again faxed and e-mailed it to them. Today my service was suspended for non payment (according to MTN). I am really fed up with MTN.How can they assure a customer that everything have been resolved, if nothing have been done. What happened to customer service??? Surely the consultants are there to do their job, but clearly don't attend to customer queries. I must add that some of the consultants are very rude and they never come back to you as promised. This is really disgusting service. What must one do to actually get a query resolved??? I can't spend my whole day on the phone with MTN trying to resolve a problem, maybe if the query gets resolved it will be worthit. Whenever you ask to speak to a Manager they are never available. So what must I do to get my payment allocated???
