We cancelled our return tickets to JHB via the Shoshaloza Myl. We were told they could not give us the money back in cash, due to the Banking Laws. Good and well... We sent an e mail giving ALL the details of the bank account on 8/3/2013. Melonie promised it would be done "straight away" as we were leaving the country the following Saturday. Well, to date, we have STILL not received the money so its taken them a week to do nothing, When I told Melonie that we were promised this money a week ago, and this was not good enough because now we are leaving the country, I was rudely told " Then put it in an e mail" and the phone was slammed down in my ear. To date? Well I think you can guess.
