Overbooking and worst cabin crew service

1) Unethical overbooking of flights from Kulula which had the effect that I missed my flight (12 March 2013 - flight MN 456) and was "rewarded" with a R400 voucher, even though it cost me a lot more by missing work for the day and being extremely inconvenient (and the reward is to get discount off your next Kulula ticket lol)
2) Worst airhost service on flight MN458 (12 March 2012) that I have ever had in my life! After our missed flight and being bumped on the next available flight, I would have expected nothing less than 5 star service from the cabin crew. Instead we were subject to the most arrogant and inefficient 2 air hosts that I have ever seen in my life, the cherry on the cake being that we were not even offered anything to drink or eat because we were deemed to be "difficult customers" (and the senior air host admitted it to me and was very proud of his decision).
3) And all complaints that we had at the airport were being directed by the staff members to a stupid website... what happened to personal client customer service???
