I flew back from Cape Town yesterday afternoon, the two passengers next to me had an issue whereby the flight attendant put her bag in the overhead compartment but refused to give it back to her. Already they did not greet or welcome customers aboard, but this was truly a shocking the way they spoke to customers. They then refused to serve any food or drinks to our entire row, to try and punish us for being unhappy about the way they treated us. When we asked the senior attendant why we were not offered any thing to drink or eat, he advised us that they did not like to way they were spoken to therefor we will not get anything to eat. I got upset at this point because I did not speak to them at all, I just happened to sit next to them. Also what I could not grasp was that they could not care at all, how does this link in with the "Kalula" brand? Please explain because I nearly died of thrist and was so angry, I cannot think that the people that is supposed to make the flight comfortable for your customers, could treat their customers like that? Why bother advertising if your staff is going to make the flight unbearable?
