Bouquet to SAA Cabin Attendant

I was on flight SA576 from Durban to Johannesburg departing Durban at 19h20 on Thursday 28 March (i.e. start of Easter weekend), traveling economy, towards the back of a very full plane. I declined the snack that the cabin attendant offered, as I had already eaten. When offered something to drink, I asked for tea, which they don't serve on that flight. No problem. I didn't complain or register dissatisfaction in any way - I travel a lot and it's really not an issue on such a short flight. Five minutes later, she tapped me on the arm and asked 'How do you take your tea? ' A few minutes later, she brought me a cup of tea. Now that's going the extra mile! I felt so special that she did that for me. What a star! I wish I had her name, but most unfortunately, I don't. I hope that the SAA person who monitors feedback on SAA through Hello Peter will be able to identify her - female, African, under 30 - and give her the recognition she deserves.
