Air Botswana aka arrive on african time..never?

Our flights were booked to fly JHB to Kusane, husband, myself and our 3 yr old, 23 Dec 2013 we arrived to check in, the attendant took 30 min to check us in and we were the only people in the queue, she needed to check something and that our flight was 45 min delayed, we waited to board just to be told we must queue in the Maun boarding line. On the flight just upon take off, they advised us that we will be landing in Maun. We stood on the blazing tarmac for an hour, waiting to be cleared by customs, our parents were waiting for us in Kusane, they asked everyone and no one could give any info on our whereabouts or about the delay. We arrived 3hrs late in Kusane. We spoke to some of the residents at the Lodge and it seems like your reputation is exceeding you, everyone seems to know about your shocking service but us. You are renowned for changing flights without prior consent from passengers. On our return back to SA on 30 Dec 2013, we specifically asked the attendant are we flying direct to JHB, he assured us "yes". We were supposed to board at 14:10, after waiting from 13:00 until 15:00, a flight attendant came to speak to someone else, and we only overheard the conversation, the flight is delaye
