I booked a return flight with kulula and on the day I was running late so I missed my flight for 13:50 I went to their offices and requested that they put me on their next available flight at 14:40 then they started telling me that they can't use a copy of my I.D I then told them I recently lost my I.D book I don't have one in the mean while and last week I flew with them using the exact same document it was accepted so how could it be that suddenly today I can't then this lady I was dealing tells me that well the rules have changed and she will not accept this and then pointed at a banner with the rules and said I should read them if I'm confused as shocked as I was I then asked her so what's going to happen she said with an attitude 'you are not getting on the next flight' I felt very offended and asked for the manager I thought that their staff was put there to assist customers on all ways possible and what she did was dismiss me and made sure I don't get into my flight I mean what happened to accomodating customers and treating them with respect it didn't end there the manager gave me more I ended missing 2 flights only got onto the 19:00 my whole day was messed I'm angry!
