Vitality Discount rip off

Tried booking flights on British Airways with my Vitality Discount which Discovery so calls a 20% discount for air travel, and "discovered" to my shock that the airfare was R130, taxes and fees R827. According to Bristish Airways, Vitality only discounts the airfare at 20% (R29 discount) and not the entire airfare of R957 (R191.40 discount). On top of that there is a Vitality charge of R25, which leaves you witha total discount of R4 on a flight that costs R957.

Either Comair is ripping off passengers or Vitality!!!

I want a proper response from Disocvery Vitality and Comair on this issue - after thinking about it proeprly, I cancelled the booking I made for my daughters to fly up from Dbn to Jhb for the school holidays. This will also be taken up with the CPA.
