Misleading sale

We attended a presentation during which we were promised 35-40% discount on airfares and hotel, B&B accommodation etc - both local and international. We specifically went over this with the sales person in Durban as we travel to London to see our family often.

They have now told us that their Holiday Plan does not include airfares. We were not given sufficient time at the meeting to read the contract and were assured it met our requirements specifically with regards to flights.

We now wish to have our deposit of R6000 returned as this was definitely misrepresentation.
