Dont want to cancell contract / promises made

We signed up for a contract met GTASA. After the contract was signed, none of the promises they made were kept.
1. We were promised a "South African" holiday for 3 weeks. Up to date no such holiday was received. When we do enquire about this, the excuses are they are out of vouchers, they will follow it up with the sales reps etc. And still after 2 years not holiday ..
2. We tried to cancell the contract because we were promised that thye have 10 000 of caping sites... Guest what up to now we did and could not use them one because they cannot deliver on any promises.
3. In June 2013 they decacted /- R1000.00 from our account for "ADMIN" fees (Something to do with the administration of their webside, user name and password). No one informed us, not a letter, not a sms nothing... because of them not imforming us, we were in a financial mess for the month, because your debit orders did not whent of.
4. We signed this contract, and WE CANNOT USE IT... HAVE NOT USED IT. And the stranges part is, were not allowed to cascelle this.
So we must ikeep om paying for theyr and empty promises... Please help... Want to cancell this.
