False promises from salesmen

On the 24/06/2011 my parents went to a presentation that GTASA were hosting, they were approached by a salesmen "Z Nysschens" who told my parents that if we were to accept the GTASA membership that the company would be able to get flights to NZ at the cheapest rate, so we paid R 14123.00 to become a member of the travel agent, since then we approached them in Dec 2011 for flights to NZ and they could not better the offer we had gotten, after that we heard absolutely nothing from the agents for months in June 2012 another - R 900 was debited our bank account! We now approached GTASA to cancel the membership as it was only costing us money with no returns and because the policy was sold to us under false promises but now they wont cancel. not to mention the women "Mrs Van Wyk" we spoke to was extremely rude over the phone. They just want your money and they and don't give anything in return!! We got caught!
