I've made a bus booking on the 4th of March 2013 for a departure date of the 6th of March 2013 at 11H00 departure time, traveling from Durban to Gauteng. SA Roadlink call Centre agent called on the same day (6 March 2013), informing that the Bus has been cancelled or there is no bus at that time (11h00).

As you might imagine, all the preparations were already been organised and SA Road link were unwilling to refund as this was their anomaly. I was advised that it will take 21 working days to get refunded. I ended up making alternative arrangements at that short period of notice.

I was very disappointed at the service and way of handling such bear in mind that I was not phoned at least day before about such. The condition of 21 working days is also insane. Does this mean I have to cancel everything and wait for 21days before I make the trip again?

I will never recommend this bus to any person ever.
