Got sold tickets for route that they dont service

We got to the bus stop, there was no bus, thinking that bus was running late, called Sa Roadlink to find out how late is the bus, that is when we were told that Roadlink doesnt service the route, had to find an alternative bus where we had to pay for another ticket, the fare was even more than the ticket we had bought initially.
On the 2/07/2013, went back to Checkers, the Admin Manager told us that there is nothing they can do we must either go to computicket offices or SA Roadlink offices for our refund, because their Policy doesn't allow them to give refund (Policy which doesnt exist because they couldn't produce it as per our request)
Got stranded in Polokwane, and all the Call centre agent could say was we are sorry for the inconvenience and SA Roadlink didnt even bother to try and sort out their mess by trying to get us into an available bus from another bus service.
Now i have to run around for a refund, I stay far from any of these offices why cant i just get my money where i bought the tickets.
