I've booked a bus with SA RoadLink on Friday the 10 May 2013. The bus was to depart in Durban at 14:00 and arrive in Johannesburg 20:00 on the 13 May 2013. I was surprise to receive a call from the reservations depart at about 6:00am on the 13 May 2013, informing me that my bus schedule has BEEN cancelled, I therefore have to leave at 11:00 or 20:00. I explained to him that, I will be working around 11:00 and I can't afford to leave Durban at 20:00 as I need to be at work at 7:50 on the 14 May 2013, he said he will get the manager to call me. Seeing that the manager has not contacted me at around 12:30, I approached the office at the Durban station. Credit due to the attendants there that assisted me patiently, till I was on the phone with a lady by the name ELIZE DUARTE, clearly SA RoadLink has no respect for its' customers to put such a character to handle customer's services. At some point, she told me her decision not to refund me and depart with other buses was final despite my submissions and request.

I'm so embarrassed to have received such service as a first time bus user and surely I will never use it nor encouraged anyone to use SA Roadlink. I can go on...
