I was booked for a 22:10 bus from Aliwal North to Joburg on SA Roadlink. At 21:25 (just after I checked out of my guesthouse) they (Andi Mbete) called me to tell me the bus was broken down and there was nothing they could do (just like that) and I must wait until the same time the next day (today).
At the scheduled time for departure, a Roadlink bus drove past without even stopping. Since the system showed no other bus scheduled on that route, I am convinced that they overbooked the bus with East London people (for a higher charge) and to me about the broken bus.
Still can't get over how that woman told me 'Theres nothing we can do about it' and left it there...

Managed to get a ride from Intercape and made it to work a bit late.
Now to try get my refund...
