NEED ACTION - CONSUMERS MISLED

Like many previous reports indicate that we have been in this web since 2007. Contract was misrepresented that we would not be liable for admin fees of R3000, 00 etc. etc. Next thing money deducted from my account and when called the agency, Ruben I was actually sweared it. I immediately gave notice that I am not accptng terms and cancelled. To date I have no pleasure in resolving issue, numerous calls and threats of legal action. Cannot see why i must pay for a product that I dont have. In meantime had another invitation to Zevenwacht farm last year where the presenters said they are not the same agency but guess what the same person was there selling products to customers!! Unable to track down their physical address, moved office from Tygervalley so what next? Carte Blanche / Consumer Protector here I come... If a contract exist there must be mutual benefit for both. Faceless people you contact .. passing the buck with them holding dearly onto a contract that has no rights. Fed up - dont even want the monies back deducted over the years... just want to get rid of this scheme!
