Agency Overall/Poor customer service /bad attitude

Signed up with the agency a year ago, did not get any copy of a contract / agreement. Registered 2 daughters and have thus far paid R700.00 for the year, however my 4yr old, was never contacted for " work" and my 8 yr old, received 1 call in 12 mnths. Their agreement stipulates " we dont guarantee work", which is fine, however, after trying to contact them in the last 3 weeks, spoke to 3 different people, only got my contract mailed to me today; and still have to pay a R300 cancellation fee, besides the R700.00 that has been deducted from my bank account over the last 12 months and a R100 registration fee. Now, even though i have just cancelled with them, they will still deduct my monthly fee, as this only gets cancelled over a 30day period. What kind of is this, and what kind of company does things like this.

I am so dissapointed in myself for trusting this agency and more so for my daughters who's dreams have been crushed and will probably not be wanting to do this again, as they now think there's something wrong with them and the way they look.
