I have made numerous attempts to resolve and issue with a telkom Pabx system sold to me by untrained staff who misrepresented in this contract and misled me into taking a longer term. I find it impossible to get hold of anyone that can actually resolve the issue and when i finally got hold of someone to attend tot he matter it started getting handed over from one collection agency to the next. All i wanted was proper and fair service and as a result my business has to suffer since communication is an important part of it.

i doubt anyone will ever respond to this or whether they will just pass the buck to another person.

I would however like to say that the collection agencies that telkom use are not the most honest that you can get. Apart from being misled by the actual telkom employee i was actually conned by their collection agency into believing that my account was settled in full and, they even got someone to pretend that they were calling me from telkom advising that my matter was resolved my penalties where waived and they would be in touch to install my new PABX system.

All i want is for someone that actually works for telkom to contact em and resolve this issue
