I tried making an online booking, not sure if the internet was hanging or if it was their website. When making the payment the system just hanged, when i phoned the call center they were helpful enough to offer that i could buy the ticket over the phone. BUT the ticket i initially purchased was R813, when she wanted to put it through it was a R1600, double of what i was trying to buy. When i queried about that she couldnt answer me, i asked to speak to the supervisor, moira. With a bad attacking attitude i was told its subjected to availability and if thats the price given, thats the price. And told her that its not the price of what the system said when i purchased the ticket.

No solution offered, so will have to go with another airline. No time for rude people. Lets see if they even get back to me!
